Installable via VRCFury. Just drag and drop the prefab onto you avatar base and let VRCFury do the rest.

Different looks are done via a radial wheel in your menu. If you wish for a more optimized version you can apply what material you want to the outfit in unity and remove the VRCFury component that adds the radial wheel.
